Fiduciary Protector Limited (FPL) is based in Jersey, Channel Islands and offers its services so as to act (or provide personnel to act) in the following positions:-

• Protector in relation to private trusts
• Enforcer in relation to purpose trusts
• Guardian or protector in relation to foundations
• Successors to the above positions

FPL is privately owned and entirely independent of any companies or other organisations in any jurisdiction which provide trust or foundation services. It provides only the services of protector, enforcer and guardian to trusts and foundations. The officers of FPL are all highly qualified and experienced in the trusts and foundations aspects of the financial services sector with skills ranging from banking, trust and company services to law and investment analysis.

The trusts and foundations to which FPL can be appointed may be governed by the laws of most jurisdictions where the use of such structures is prevalent.

FPL works in association with Fiduciary Legal which is a UK based legal consultancy specialising in the fields of trusts, foundations, investment funds and wealth management.
