The offshore trust operations are part of a long tradition in this sphere of financial services provided by Standard Bank. It was in 1880 that the Griqualand West Loan, Trust and Agency Company Limited was incorporated, ultimately to be known as Standard Trust Limited.

Standard Bank's Offshore Trust operations were first opened in Jersey and the Isle of Man in 1992 and the office in Mauritius was established during 1999. The Jersey operation has expanded even further since 1992 resulting from an acquisition, which strengthened and complemented the existing operation.

Our team of trust professionals consists of trained and experienced individuals dedicated to the efficient administration of fiduciary vehicles. We also provide and administer corporate entities, which may offer commercial or fiscal advantages.
