Longview Partners is a pure asset management firm. It was founded by two ex-Goldman Sachs investment management professionals, Keith McDermott and Ramzi Rishani. With a combined industry experience of over 55 years, Keith McDermott and Ramzi Rishani have been working together in asset management since 1996.

Currently managing over $3bn of assets, Longview Partners employs 29 people in both London, where the investment team is based, and Guernsey. Longview's client base is truly global, not only in domicile, but also in investment perspective and includes Institutions, Endowments, Foundations, Charities and Private Clients. Longview Partners is owned and managed by the co-founders Keith McDermott and Ramzi Rishani, along with five other working partners.

Longview Partners LP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and registered with the SEC. Longview Partners (Guernsey) Ltd is regulated by the GFSC and also registered with the SEC.
